Refund policy

No More Broke Queen provides access to digital products, downloadable and non-downloadable digital resources, educational materials, strategic content, proprietary methodologies, and human guidance services, all of which are made available immediately upon confirmation of payment. Due to the intangible, digital, non-physical, and instantly accessible nature of the products and services offered, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final, definitive, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, without exception, save for the limited circumstances expressly outlined herein.

By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate execution of the contract, acknowledges that access to the digital content and services is granted instantly, and irrevocably waives any right to cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or reimbursement once access has been provided, whether in whole or in part. Access shall be deemed provided at the moment any of the following occurs, without limitation: access credentials are delivered; digital content becomes viewable; files are made available for download; resources, tools, or materials are opened, accessed, or consulted; or any component of the service becomes accessible by technical or practical means, irrespective of whether the Customer chooses to actively utilize such access.

This waiver applies equally and without limitation to all forms of digital content and services, including but not limited to ebooks, planners, financial tools, educational resources, proprietary frameworks, strategic documentation, private-access materials, and any form of business, financial, or strategic guidance delivered through private messaging, written communication, or other asynchronous or synchronous channels. The Customer expressly acknowledges that mere access or availability, regardless of usage, constitutes delivery and performance of the service.

Furthermore, the inclusion of human assistance, guidance, coaching, advisory input, or personalized feedback—whether delivered directly or indirectly, formally or informally—constitutes the mobilization of human labor, intellectual capital, expertise, and time-sensitive resources. As such, any interaction of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to messages, questions, requests for clarification, feedback, follow-ups, or exchanges, shall be deemed full or partial consumption of the service and shall automatically and irrevocably render the transaction strictly non-refundable, without exception or recourse.

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretionary judgment of No More Broke Queen in narrowly defined and exceptional circumstances, limited exclusively to verified and demonstrable technical malfunctions that wholly and objectively prevent access to the purchased content, or to substantiated billing or payment processing errors. Any such request must be submitted in writing to toualidesiredavy@gmail.com within a strict, non-extendable period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe, or requests based on dissatisfaction, subjective expectations, change of mind, lack of perceived results, personal circumstances, failure to apply the content, or misunderstanding of the offer, shall be deemed inadmissible and shall not be reviewed.

In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, including but not limited to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase where the Customer has expressly consented to immediate execution and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, the Customer expressly confirms such consent and acknowledgment.

All content, materials, methodologies, tools, documentation, and resources provided by No More Broke Queen are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, copyright laws, and international treaties. The purchase of any product or service grants the Customer a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly private license for personal use only. Any resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, copying, reproduction, duplication, modification, publication, transmission, disclosure, public display, commercial exploitation, or derivative use of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of contract and an infringement of intellectual property rights, potentially giving rise to civil liability, criminal penalties, injunctive relief, and immediate termination of access without refund or compensation.

No More Broke Queen reserves the exclusive and unilateral right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any product or service, without refund, in the event of misuse, abuse, fraudulent behavior, circumvention of access controls, violation of these terms, or conduct deemed incompatible with the intended purpose, integrity, or spirit of the program.

By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety, that they acknowledge the nature, scope, and limitations of the products and services provided, and that they agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, limitations, and waivers contained herein.
